What's wrong with Barry Zito?

Many in San Francisco are at a loss to explain why Barry Zito has been so bad. One scout watching him last week said, "He has terrible fastball location. If he's not getting his curve over, he's got nothing else."

zito is the most overpaid pitcher since Dan Hampton. they guy has been AWFUL this year. you knew it was going to be bad when Zito shows up to spring training with a new pitching motion. he failed to let the team know that he was changing mechanics. total bush league move especially after signing $100+ million contract based on past performance. the giants screwed themselves by signing this guy for the huge contract. they will not be able to get rid of him.

Overpaid lefty that can't get NL batters out what a mistake SF made. The NL is like the minor leagues compared to the AL he was pretty good in oak town what happen ran out of (juice) why not ask barry for some!!

im a Giants fan (unfortunately lately). i have worn the paper bag over my face plenty of times asking for Sabean to be fired. i dont care what the GM says, but he has made this team the laughing stock of the league. we sign over-the-hill players huge amounts of money all based on stats when they were in their prime......booooooooo

Oh well..if Wikipedia confirmed it...let me get out my stone chisel. Zito is not anywhere near is contract value. Of course hard to feel sorry for the team that continues to employ B-B-Barry Bonds.
