In January he told The Tennessean he'd like to be the league's highest paid offensive player. What's unknown is how long he's willing to stay away. ... Efforts to reach Johnson and his agent, Joel Segal, for comment on Tuesday were unsuccessful. Johnson did post a message to Twitter as his teammates were about to hit the field: "Man dis workout feeling good I feel another 2k I'm telling you."
