The Jets have opened preliminary discussions with RG Brandon Moore on a new contract, according to two people who speak with team officials on a regular basis. They spoke anonymously because they're not authorized to discuss the talks publicly.

It would seem this organization is not off to a very good start at anything. Hard to see anything they have done right so far this year.

Take that, Pete Kendall!

uhhhh, it's pre-season, 50. this is when mistakes are supposed to be made

RG Brandon Moore has played well for a number of years for the Jets. His contract will expire and he is a good RG in his prime. Re-sign him.

so why did kendall get such a hard time????

lol, is that like flipping the other guard off after all thats been said and done this pre-season. jets are making for an explosive locker room this season.

I love this. Read what Kendall said about fumbling at center. He is a child. Perhaps this has become personal for Jets' management, and that's not professional, and not a good thing. But as a fan, I'm loving this. So Kendall fumbles at center and it leads to a TD by the other team. But it's not his fault. He doesn't like playing center!! Grow up dude--you are a 34 year old man. I've said this many times, but football is a business and the Jets will run theirs as they see fit. This guy is a sure-fire starter, better than Kendall and he was scheduled to make less than Kendall who is only a borderline starter. If Kendall is so concerned about fairness, he should see that wouldn't have been fair, so he should be happy for Moore. Instead, I'm pretty certain he's lying in front of his locker kicking and screaming because someone hid his "paci" from him.
