12:53 PM ET 05.21 | While an official announcement isn't expected until Saturday at Charlotte, word is that Kevin Harvick and Richard Childress Racing have reached an agreement that will keep the driver in the team's No.29 Chevrolet after this year. Harvick is in the last year of his contract and some had speculated that the 34-year-old would look for another ride for next season. Aside from talks with Harvick, RCR has also been speaking with several sponsors that could take the place of departing Shell/Pennzoil. The company opted to sign a multi-year deal with Penske Racing starting in 2011.
