Banneker (Ga.) defensive end/wide receiver Steven Fowkles announced today that he would sign with Tennessee in February. The 6-5, 215-pounder chose the Vols over North Carolina and Purdue. He missed most of last season after injuring his elbow in the fourth game of the season. During the first four games of the year, he had five sacks. Tennessee was the first offer he received coming out of spring practice last May as a wide receiver.

i hope they leave him at WR. it's about time TN had a quality big receiver, and at 215, he'd have to bulk up ALOT to play end.

Didn't the last picture of Fullmer show him to be completely bald????? What's going on here?

He's a big kid at 6-5 and 215. He could end up at TE if they ask him to bulk up.

Imagine that.
