EJ-Exactly. Rod Thorn makes good deals. Not too many mistakes on his resume. Bynums trade value has fallen off since it's peak, and there is not another player(Maybe Turiaf, I digress) that Jersey would really like to have. Odom? Don't need him. Nice complementary player but doesn't put a team over. We've got our future PG, and we're pretty much set down low with Sean Williams, Josh Boone, Nenad, and Magloire. Kidd ain't going nowhere.

This is old news...we should have shipped Bynum's a.s.s. over there in February. If New Jersey even considers this, they will definitely want more than Bynum now.

As a lakers fan, I am sick and tired of the media creating this b.s. Did Rod Thorn state suddenly Kidd was going to be traded..... nope. Did Kupcake state that he was in negotiations to trade for Kidd....nope. Kobe likes playing with Kidd.....Wow!!!!!!!!! The lakers will trade for Kidd!!!!!!!!!! I am sure that 80% of the league would like to have Kidd for their pg. This is pointless and I am sick of all of the b.s stories to sell papers. Plus, the lakers dont really need a pg, we need a low post defensive presence.

I agree with Sunny Kidd will help the Lakers out a lot for some reason they think Bynum is going to turn into a threat in the middle he is just a big kid with not fire inside he will never be like Ewing, David Robinson or any of the great centers of the 80s and 90s

4 all of you that think Bynum was gonna be traded straight up for Kidd are smokin something strong because Kidd makes like 14 mill and Bynum makes 3.....Lakers have to ship 75% worth of salary to get Kidd in return.....NBA rules.....

Kidd and Fisher in the backcourt and they cld move Kobe to SF.....I like that......

I dont think all you people get it. the talk is that Kobe wants to be traded and could go to NJ to play with Kidd. it's not gonna happen, but thats the rumor, not Kidd coming to LA.
