Red Bull's motorsports guru Helmut Marko says that the company would be happy to help Scott Speed kick start a NASCAR career. As the man who looks after the company's young drivers, Marko is eager to give Speed a helping hand, after he was dropped following a falling-out with Scuderia Toro Rosso bosses Gerhard Berger and Franz Tost. The former STR driver had some initial discussions with U.S.-based teams last week.

Who cares!

This is kind of messed up. If I was Speed I would turn Red Bull down just out of spite.

I know a driver here in Brazil and he his friends with some famous drivers. Speed is considered to be a good driver that hasn't had the right breaks. He's respected by his peers. That's F1. Those guys can drive.

yeah I do think he should go thru busch.... as all drivers should..Idon't think it is right to jump straight into cup.... but yeah speed is one of the nicest guys I have met in a long time.. I tried to get him going about f1 being sissy cars..but he wouldn't bite.. plus he has the perfect last name. and no he ain't kin to lake speed... anyone remember him? hey that makes two people I know named speed... lake is back racing karts..any way scott is a good guy.. and a good driver he just had crappola equip[ment in f1 and he told them so..thus the falling out..

This sounds a little like a European investor in open wheel racing is trying to dump goods on NASCAR. Just imagine NASCAR trying the same thing to open wheel racing. This just doesn't sound like a good deal for NASCAR.

You know, fellas, I???ve learned a long time ago that if you want to find out who you???re dealing with, mess with their brains a little bit (if they have any) or mess with something they like and then sit back and let them fill in the blanks for you and, boy, you a*s*s*h*o*l*e*s just could not help it but to show yourselves for the low class trash you really are!
I???m an old timer and I???ve seen a lot! I go way back to the days when NASCAR was still in diapers and vying for attention, before it became what it is today. Back then Formula 1 and Nelson and Emerson Fittipaldi ruled the day. In fact, my kids used to call me a swivel head because I liked watching car racing and still do. But, the one thing I don???t understand is, how did this sport pick up such low class following? It seems NASCAR has become a magnet for the lowest kind of human trash of any sport other than dog fighting. And you maggots found a home here and hang out together spouting off you infinite ignorance as if you are some kind of experts! Gimme a f**king break!
Four or five of you a*s*s*h*o*l*e*s have high jacked this site. FLETCH348, jackmanrob, nascarzorin, drflavio309, you maggots have gotten used to feeding on each others **** and smelling each others a*s*s*h*o*l*e*s and get very agitated when someone dares to interrupt your **** fest. It doesn???t surprise me that you hang out together. Birds of a feather usually flock together. You act high and mighty as it belongs to you and if anyone dares to come in here and express an opinion needs your permission and approval or gets ridiculed. Who the **** do you think you are? You are nothing but a bunch of thin skinned bullies I am truly sorry a*s*s*h*o*le*s like you have set themselves up as spokesmen for the sport on this site.
And, in case you might be feeling giddy about having run some people off? Please! Don???t flatter yourselves! It???s not your wit or cleverness that ran them off! It???s just that people recognize **** when they smell it and they run for cover! You won???t run me off, though! YOU DO NOT OWN THIS SITE!!! I???ll post here anytime I want so others can see you for who you really are, and just to p*ss you dog t*u*r*d*s off! You think you???re so macho, clever and tough throwing words around like f*a*g, f*a*i*r*y and h*o*m*o*s*e*x*u*a*l. All you are doing is exposing yourselves for the ignorant, bigoted, low class trailer trash you really are! A*S*S*H*O*L*E*S!!!
