The Titans had no comment Sunday about a published report that they loaned former running back Travis Henry $9,800 for child support payments. The Atlanta Journal-Constitution reported that Henry fell behind on support payments for a child in DeKalb County, Ga. Threatened with jail, he borrowed the money from the Titans to pay the bill, according to court records. The newspaper reported that Henry, 28, has fathered nine children by nine women in Tennessee, Florida, North Carolina and Georgia. Court records show that he spent $100,000 for a Mercedes and $146,000 for jewelry.

Sounds like somebody can't keep their pants on.

9 kids? Is he related to Shawn Kemp? That's sad- someone that makes millions of dollars a year has to borrow 9K to pay overdue child support.

August 27, 2007  08:00 AM ET

he should have given them some of that money he spent on jewelry and the car.......idiot.

August 27, 2007  08:17 AM ET

9 kids 9 different woman, I think that broke shawn kemps record.

August 27, 2007  08:21 AM ET

Wow, I guess its fitting that he is a Bronco now. He has be putting himself out to stud.

August 27, 2007  08:55 AM ET

That's pitiful, priorties in the wrong place!

He must see these kids as little more then ****!@ trophies. He's a disgusting person, and to be honest, if any of the women knew about the others, they are little better.

Anyone see the Luke Wilson movie, Idiocracy? Made by the same guy who did Office Space.

Anyway, the premise is simple. Its over 100 years in the future, and the planet now consists of idiots and simpletons. Largely because the intelligent and affluent wait to have children, )if they have children at all), while the stupid breed like rabbits. So the gene pool of dopes heavily dilutes the brain base of our planet.

Funny movie, until you see it happen before your eyes in reality. Now Im scared.

Hey, as long as you can get 1,000 yards I guess teams will do anything to keep you on the field...

August 27, 2007  09:07 AM ET

He's only 28........by the end of his career he will have 16 or 18.....

We'll be reading about him going to prison for unpaid child support at some point following his retirement

August 27, 2007  09:08 AM ET

sounds just like Brian Urlacher huh?

August 27, 2007  09:12 AM ET

As a UT student and VOL fan this is no surprise. From what I hear he already had at least 4 kids while playing here. I wonder how he afforded child support then? My guess is Fulmer.

Pull out brother

August 27, 2007  09:15 AM ET

Why is this news?! It's his personal life, who cares how many kids he has with different women? It's his personal life, leave the guy alone.

That is just sad when you are making millions and need to borrow a couple K to pay child support.

August 27, 2007  09:37 AM ET

Antonio, it almost sound like Urlacher, except Urlacher has 1 kid and Henry has 8. Get some perspective. If you can't see the difference between Henry and Urlacher, then you need to pull your head out of your a.s.s.

August 27, 2007  09:38 AM ET

I guess he doens't like condoms...That's a shame. A 12 pack of Trojans is cheaper than 9 kids. I'm also sure he's heavily involved in all of these kids from different states lives too.

Flava Flav!!!!!!!!

August 27, 2007  09:41 AM ET

Must be his idol, I mean. Flav said he wanted 10 kids by 10 different baby mommas. Travis Henry is going to beat him to the punch.
