It's only a verbal. Once again, why does Fannation keep writing about this kid?

Would be a good addition to our Buckeyes but nothing is solid yet.

Coach Jim Tressel's brother Dick was the head coach at Hamline U in St. Paul (where Floyd attends high school) for many many years, and now he is on his brother's staff in Columbus. There are a number of other St. Paul/Columbus Connections. I'm surprised Notre Dame isn't more in the mix (Floyd's high school is Catholic and ND does very well in St. Paul usually.)
ND getting pasted by GA Tech in game one certainly didn't help.

Good for Ohio State better than that joke of a team up north. Why should he play for a team that blows games all the time. I am a fan of Michigan but they have a loser of a coach and when he quits and they put that other loser English as a new head loser I will back for Michigan State. I would like to see Ohio State win it all now.

Big whop. Get the kid on the field, 3rd and 8 with :15 to go against Michigan. If he does something then, them I will be impressed. Right now, not a big deal.

This is Michael Floyd... I have decided that I will be attending Appalacian State, assuming that I can figure out where it is.
