07:47 AM ET 06.30 | Even though the Braves lost a big left-handed hitter to injury -- Rookie of the Year candidate Jason Heyward -- they remain focused on upgrading their offense with a right-handed slugger, one major league source said. Atlanta officials are considering Josh Willingham (Washington), Corey Hart (Milwaukee) and Jose Bautista (Toronto), but it doesn't appear that any deal is imminent.

On messing with chemistry by addition at or near deadline to shore up a teams weakness...do it without hesitation because if you don't...that team chemistry is good but the only thing they(team untouched) will be doing together in October is watching someone else play on TV in the playoffs. Bravos need to get them another bat...period!

Diaz is back and hitting well...Heyward is coming back after all star break...what they need is to get escobar hitting like last year and keep glaus healthy and they will walk away with the division.
