07:30 AM ET 07.06 | The Suns have talked to Cleveland about a deal that would send Leandro Barbosa there for Jamario Moon, whose contract expires in a year, and Delonte West, who can be bought out of his contract. Barbosa has two years and $14.7 million remaining on his deal. Moving Barbosa could put Phoenix in a position to save $3.5 million this season and have more salary-cap space next summer, when Jason Richardson's contract expires, for a maximum-level free agent.

First the cavs were gonna trade Mo for Calderon and now West and Moon for injured Barbosa who is more of a shooting guard than a point guard?Isn't Booby Gibson the same exact thing?

Naw, Gibson is just irrelevant.

The say when you come across a dumping ground you dump all you can dump. First Shaq, then Amare... Barbosa is another 6'3'' guard with a proven injury record. Gosh... it's too early for Cavs jokes... hahahah

Relax people it's just a proposal. Yall are experienced enough posters to know that just because it's on T&R doesn't make it true. So much hate for a team that's never won anything...tsk tsk tsk...LOL...Oh yea Congrats Lostwill. You are now the proud owner of an incredibly talented 6-11 guy who plays no defense, averaged 4 rebounds a game in the playoffs and has a heart the size of a butterfly.

They are just trying to get Delonte out of Cleveland in hopes of keeping LeBron.

An All Star none the less. What's wrong with getting selected by the coaches? Oh wait I'm sure you know more about players than any NBA coach. I had forgotten that this board is full of GM's and coaches that know more about basketball than people that have done it for a living their whole lives. I'm sure this board is littered with people who make 7 figure salaries also...LOL...Don't confuse having an opinion (Which is fine because that's what this is all about) with knowing jack squat. Remember, opinions are just that, they don't make us right or wrong it just means you have one. I once saw somebody on here actually start a sentence with "In my opinion" and then end it with "It's a Fact"....LOL....Just wondering how it could be both...Hmmmm? Have a good day people. I've had my little rant for the day...LOL

Haha, first off I dont know who peed in ur coffee, but u need to get ur facts straight. I rip Mo for not being able to handle the pressure of the Playoffs, not being a bad player. He turns into a role player in the playoffs and that not gonna get it done. I never professed to being a Gm or anything else, so please go troll somewhere else.

LOL..and how would that help?Adding another tweener, combo guard into the fold who can't stay healthy?Trading away what minimal tradable pieces you have, for him?lord, it must be painful being a cav fan and watching management simply piss away seasons

how in the world can you talk about other teams pissing away seasons with a straight face....being a Knick Homer??? Unbelievable.....

July 6, 2010  09:40 AM ET

Barbosa is a decent bench player but so is West and Moon is just a salary dump....so why do this either team?

July 6, 2010  09:44 AM ET

Ohhh and another thing....Mo is the worst starting PG of any Playoff NBA team...
