If anybody can bring this kid back down to earth, I think it's Randy Shannon. That being said, I don't like his odds if Dad hangs around.

i 100% agree.. normally i wouldnt want kids like this on my team, but i know that RS will take care of business if he has to, and you do NOT want to be in his dog house..

im not all that worried about his "dad" (i heard he came back in to his sons life recently, when he saw a meal ticket), he will be too busy with luke in the studio..

This will be no loss for the Buckeyes. This kid, and especially his father, appear to be trouble for any coach or team. Prima donnas not needed in Columbus..........

Wow...this is big locally. DeAndre Brown is a local kid who is/was making it big...like either a 4 or 5 star that went to USM to stay close to home. Hope he learns and this doesn't impact his future....

Of course re-reading... a misdemeanor probably won't mean much...sorry - kind of over-reacted, trying to be UTn or FSU????? LOL

The DAD will be the problem with this guy. How come all the "announcements" about the kid are attributed to his dad? That meal ticket part is dead on - and the dad is milking every drop he can get.
