T.O. open to playing with McNabb

09:32 AM ET 07.10 | I think it's more likely that Albert Haynesworth delivers $21 million worth of pennies directly to Daniel Snyder's office in a burgundy-and-gold-plated wheelbarrow than that T.O. shows up in Ashburn, but he's apparently still hoping for that phone call. "Well you know what? Definitely that's something that was on the radar," Owens told Nashville's WGFX this week, when asked if a reunion with Donovan McNabb was still a possibility.

hahaha. yes. please. bc they got along so well in philly.

At this point, T.O. Owens would be open to playing with JaMarcus if he still had a job.

July 10, 2010  09:37 AM ET

This was already reported that McNabb was interested in playing with TO, this is no longer news.

I can see it now the All-Uemployed Team, with Russell and Owens as the "stars" of that team.

"Unemployed", still waking up.

I think TO's open to playing anywhere that offers him a contract .

The UFL is in need of has-beens, he should go there.

Ditto. At first it was the media's fault, next he'll blame McNabb, Romo, Witten and Jeff Garcia. You know, just so all of his bases are covered.

Dan Snyder is crazy enough to do it.

July 10, 2010  09:46 AM ET

At this point, Drew Rosenhaus isn't trying to con anyone into believing teams are interested in T.O. Apparently no one else thinks this guy is a game-changer anymore.

McNabb's t-shirt say it all: Affliction.

He could get him for one year, and get him cheap, too.

I think he should check the exchange rate of the Canadian dollar. His best bet for playing pro ball could involve a Tim Horton commercial.

Canada didn't want Pacman, they don't want this one either, 50. I like the Tim Horton reference though.

He'll get 96 cents American for every Canadian dollar, he doesn't need the money that badly does he?

T.O. open to playing with McNabb

And I'm open to playing with Heidi Klum but I doubt that will happen either.

They could have a big party. TO could bring the popcorn and JaMarcus could be in charge of "dranks".

Too bad it's not up to Snyder. T.O. may want to play with McNabb; however, Shanahan, Allen, and McNabb are not open to playing with T.O.

T.O. isn't worth the trouble he brings, he's lost 3 or 4 steps and is no longer capable of putting up the numbers he did back in his prime, enjoy retirement T.O. or playing in the CFL/UFL.

HAHAHA!@!!
That is sooo thru. He's even leaning over to TOs direction.

** true **

McNabb is open to winning, so I think he'd try anything.

It got posted yesterday on another thread: people were willing to put up with a lot when there was an actual debate on whether TO or Randy Moss were the best in the game. Now that age is taking something away from TO, nobody wants to bother with the drama anymore. Shanahan decided a couple years ago in Denver that he didn't want Owens, so I don't see him wanting a slower Owens who drops the ball a lot more than he used to.
