Garrett Embry, a receiver for defending Class AAAAA co-champion Roswell, Ga., committed to Oregon. "I was out there on Sunday and Monday," Embry said. "It was my second visit to Oregon. "I just got up there and really liked it. They've got a great program out there. I felt like it was the right choice."

Someone needs to check Embry's vision out, he obviously cannot see how hideous he's going to look in those uniforms, lol.

Funny how everyone talks about the Duck uniforms when the players not only love them....they take an active role in designing them. I remember during the Joey Harrington days when the ducks changed to their (at the time) cutting edge jerseys and everyone was saying the same thing. Now everyone has followed suit because the unis are not for all of you washed up 45 year old married couch warriors from the berbs....they are for the players and the recruits and I think the unis looked pretty damn good as the Duckies were beating fur off the Wolverines on saturday. The unis are hot and the team playing in them is even hotter. I knew the Ducks would be great this year as soon as they were picked to finnish middle of the pack in the conference....when they are expected to win like last year...they don't...but this year reminds me of thier 2nd and 6th place finnishes they had in the previous six years.

Oregon generally sets the trend for uniform development through it's partnership with Nike. They're the testing ground. Some of it's good, some of it's bad.
That said, can we please not put the names on the back of the white jerseys in white writing, please?
