Bo knows ... a different Al Davis

Mr. Davis used to tell you exactly what he was thinking, back when he was, you know, thinking.

Yeah, like, Bo Jackson's career ended in 1991. Al Davis seemed much less senile 20 years ago than he does today. Why, I bet the guy was actually pretty sharp back in the 1400s when he was born.

Al didn't worry about the shower heads. Seeing as he's a-s-s-h-o-l-e he would use the bidet.

That's unfortunately been far outshadowed by his recent destruction of the Raiders via trades, drafts, and hirings over the last decade and a half. I hope he keeps up the good work...

Those comments are less about Al Davis than they are about Bo Jackson. Jackson has always been a class act, polite and a true gentleman. I don't think he's ever said anything nasty about anyone, and he remains true to form - it's one of the things that made him so popular beyond athletics. And Davis was pretty shrewd in drafting Jackson even after he had signed to play MLB with KC. Those were the good old days for the Raiders.

The coliseum is actually run by the USC council and an LA co-op. ALL renovations or alterations have to go through them and all their red tape. That exact fact has kept the Coliseuim out of ANY talks about bringing a team back to LA. It's actually a big giant sh#% hole, that just so happens to have landmark status. Many have tried to fight the power... most just move on.
