12:31 PM ET 07.14 | Manchester United legend Ryan Giggs is considering ending his career in Major League Soccer with David Beckham. The midfielder is likely to retire from Premier League football at the end of next season, but is intrigued by the idea of playing in the U.S. "Becks is probably the biggest footballer worldwide and he's still playing for England's national team so it's hard not to respect the quality of MLS," said Giggs. "Being in America you have a great lifestyle -- good for raising a family -- and the play is getting better."

Glad he gave Italia 82 and Deutschland 74 some love - the two most underrated World Cup squads of all time. I hate playing the "what if" game, but it does force one to recall what would have happened were it not for "il Grande Torino" air disaster. Amazed he put Spain in at number 10.

Brazil 2002 so low?? I can understand if they are not as good as the original 3 titles, but they at least better than 1994.

"Podolski will arrive only on one condition - Huntelaar will be sold to the Premier League and this will open up new economic scenarios for us," Galliani told Sky Sport Italia.

This doesn't sound like a good idea to me. I'd love to see him do well at a big club, but he didn't do the greatest at Bayern.

Neither did a guy that many people at the time were calling Landycakes.
He's young enough to where he should get another chance somewhere bigger than where he is now (not that there is anything wrong with where he is now).

I still say Italy '06 beats Spain '10. But then again, I'm biased.

I'm in the same boat, but we're going to have to let posterity elevate 2006 Italia to its rightful place, as there were just way too many iconic players in that squad. Once they've all come to the end of their careers and/or have retired, they will be remember a lot more fondly. I'm sure of it.

Now if only we could trick them into calling them the New Jersey Red COWS, then I could feel a real sense of accomplishment.
