I remember that Greg Little switched commitments on the last day possible, and Austin to UNC over the U was a big surprise. It seemed fishy and the time. I guess where there's smoke, there's fire.

I think the rumors of the rise of UNC football have been greatly exaggerated. September 6th should prove this point.

Sure does. FSU on the other hand......well.....they better get their arrest numbers up if they want to get back to a BCS bowl.

Don't worry North carolina and Butch Davis the NCAA will take at least 3 years to do anything about this. if they do any thing about it at all.

My wife had a patient that want to be transfered to their home town about 40 miles away. The local EMS was charging $1600 to transport him.

Wonder what they would charge to transport a pair of shoes?

It only takes that long if the University refuses to cooperate. From what I understand, UNC is cooperating.

Does that mean Butch will be finding work in the NFL soon, as result of this?

Word of this surfaced on a USF Blog when Edsel Caprice (yes, that's his real name) was said to be leaning toward UNC over USF. A rumor of impending NCAA investigations popped up, and Caprice signed with USF days later. No telling if a) this will be a serious issue with UNC or b) these allegations pushed Edsel (no pun intended) to USF.

UNC has certainly recruited well lately, and is expected to have a Top 10 defense this year. Should make it interesting in the ACC.

It's always dangerous when one of your team's players says he turned down money at another school to come to his current school. Begs the question of what did your current school offer.

Butch Davis improperly recruiting...who does he think he is Pete Carroll??? I guess Butch will man up like Pete did and flee to the NFL again.
