Urlacher seemingly gets a free pass others do not in pro sports for being a degenerate thug. Plain and simple.

Reasons to hate Merrimen:
-He is a cheater
-That dance is seriously the worst celebration dance I have seen
-He seems like an ahole to me

Reasons I don't hate him:
-He is fun to watch (except for the dance)
-He is just SOOO good at what he does

We'll see how Merriman does without his "juice" this year!
And his celebration is ridiculous and embarrasing.

It should be a good game. At least defensively. The chargers will probably win, but it will be an entertaining one, that's for sure!

Lana, the fact is when others have relations with "whor es" (brilliant way to get that word in here by the way) they are destroyed by the media. Urlacher was given a free pass this summer when that story came out.

Well technically it was a stripper eastcoast, but yeah, that was a pretty low class move by the man in the middle.

Then another reporter pokes at Merriman: "Hey, did you hear what Urlacher said about you?" It's so stupid, like frig ging high school. Anyway, it's all a media-driven hyping of the Chargers-Bears game and it not only means NOTHING, it's of NO INTEREST? Who cares what they think of each other and their dances? This is funny, the guy got caught cheating and now he is ticked at other people. So now HE is the victim...and yes, it was cheating and breaking the rules, that is why he got suspended. He does not deny it.

Most of the time, I think Urlacher is a class act. I'm sort of glad he said something about "the dance". I remember last year when the Bears played the Saints, and Reggie Bush did a stupid flip over the goal line. Urlacher was right there, and if it irritated ME as a fan watching it on TV, then you KNOW Urlacher wanted to punch his lights out and say, "Have a little class, Reggie."

But yeah - Urlacher got a free ride, no doubt, and that is not fair.
