10:04 AM ET 09.08 | Bucs tight end Jerramy Stevens likely is facing a long suspension by the NFL following his conviction on three counts of driving under the influence by a Scottsdale, Ariz., jury on Friday. NFC information manager Randall Liu said Stevens' case will be reviewed under the league's personal conduct policy and a timeline for a disciplinary decision has not been set. However, that decision will be made by NFL commissioner Roger Goodell, and that does not bode well for Stevens.

Ouch, losing Boston and Stevens is a pretty big blow to Tampa Bay's aerial hopes this year.
Well I guess that's what they get for picking up the rest of the leagues castoffs.

TG for the bucs, with all their legal trouble it should take the spotlight off the Bengals work release program this season.

The only aerial hopes the bucs have this year is that gruden does not miss his flight out of town at the end of the season.

He always had a case of "fumblitis" in Seattle, and it's because his mind has never been fully concentrated on football. We know he likes booze, but cocaine and prostitutes are probably also the norm..
Wait to prove to everybody that you're still a loser Jeremy.. Well done.

still one more (...and the hits just keep a-coming) reason why Jon "Chuckie" Gruden ...err...Bruce Allen is the NFL's 2007 executive of the year...

They might as well put a height chart behind all NFL player's photos. They all end up needing mug shots anyway.

Put down the Bucs all you want folks.... this is a team setup just like DUNGY did when they started. They have a fantastic D# this year. Low scoring games and prob a 10-6 record I'm looking at. They will be a wild card but out quick.

lofmarks |... you are a true optimistic buc fan. i do not ever remember dungy taking up a lot of roster spots with so many qbs, if the team was set up like one of his, then it would not have been so bad the last few years, check out dungy's record his whole career. your biggest mistake was running him out of town. if you had stayed with him then you would not have had losing seasons lately, and a not so bright future. good luck though.

Cannot Stevens just wait until the judge does the sentencing & delay that until after the season or will Goddell suspend him immediately?? Oh & why didn't Stevens plead some of these charges down or was he a persistent offender?? If Stevens has to go to jail he better hope his hands are better in prison than on the football field b/c the soap can be very slippery!! Jerramy I still believe that Joey Porter would take you in a fight.

Nah, Jerramy would kick his butt. I did like what I saw from Pollard, his replacement, today. GO HAWKS!!!!

Uhhhh...losing Stevens is not a tough hit to the Bucs arial attack. And obviously Boston wasn't doing anything. Alex Smith is a better TE than Stevens anyway. Throw in Galloway, Clayton, Hilliard and Stoval...I'm not worried about the passing game at all.
