07:08 AM ET 07.22 | Brett Favre seems unwilling to take his agent's rather colorfully delivered advice. Favre spoke on Wednesday to WDAM-TV, an NBC affiliate. Favre mentioned that he has gained 14 pounds since January. "I need to lose a little weight," Favre said. Favre also tried to explain that the harsh comments Bus Cook made to Men's Journal were taken out of context, and that Cook was "joking around" when he called Favre a "drama queen." "I guess the lesson to be learned in all that is, I hate to even say it, that you can't trust anybody," Favre said.

Quite the contrary, Brett.

Suddenly sounds to me as if Bus is the one we can trust.

You should be trusting the ones who tell you the truth instead of what you want to hear. Drama queen.

I think he should take a page out of the LeBron book and television a "Decision". What a minute he already does that.

Yeah Brett, you lecture us on the aspect of trust.

July 22, 2010  08:11 AM ET

Jeez if you can't trust a guy called "Bus".....................................

July 22, 2010  08:13 AM ET

I've never seen a guy named Bus thrown under one before.

I look forward to his return...as I am sure many defensive backs do as well.

He's right, you can't trust anyone these days, and the team can't trust you. Either play or fade away just cut out the BS. I'm sick of the whole Favre fiasco.

Maybe old Brett wants to be a linebacker this year?

July 22, 2010  09:02 AM ET

Shouldn't you guys be out practicing putting date rape drugs in chicks drinks? Oh yea send me 4 bedazzled Ed Hardy shirts, you are a fembot!!!

July 22, 2010  09:19 AM ET

If I see Brett on a Nutri system commercial I am going to loose it!

I'm older than you. I remember when he was cleaning up the house and taking a pumpkin home!

Idiots...he took his team to the NFC Championship....If I was his teammates I'd let him do EXACTLY what he did last year...if it ain't BROKE..don't fix it. LOSERS.
