10:28 AM ET 07.31 | Jemal Johnson, the New Jersey-born midfielder who has spent his career in England, might still end up on trial at D.C. United. Despite reports two weeks ago that he would likely be headed for Washington, there was no definitive news about his visit. However, Coach Curt Onalfo told the Insider that "we're still looking at that possibility. He may have an opportunity to try out with us."

How bout a Freddy Adu trial? Remember him?? Play him opposite Najar on the left and make it work

They said like 2 weeks ago they wanted to bring Jemal Johnson in for a trial... I'd rather bring Adu back in, but I believe RSL may have first crack at him if he comes back.... since that 6 months in RSL was so great and better than his 4 years in DC, evidently... we all think RSL when we think of Adu.

If he wants to play on this side of the pond they will DEFINITELY give him a try out
