Earnhardt Jr. laments team struggles

I had thought he might make the chase this year, but things aren't looking to good. I still hope he does though.

Bash, bash, bash, bash. I heard that his fan club is moving their next meeting to a phone booth.

Jr. needs to learn to drive through people and wreck other cars to get to the front. JR, take some lessons from jimmy johnson, just knock em out of the way!

Top driver? Kyle didn't do that well at Hendrick. Also, he wins at Gibbs, but last year he didn't even make it to the chase. When he does get into the chase he bombs out.

Ever hear of the Peter Principle....well here we are. He is no better than he is right now and that is low to mid pack on the best of days.

We will not mention how well the other 3 cars in the same team are doing.

I really don't know any more what the problem is with JR....He can drive.......he has it in him........He can make some really good moves on the track..........He has a good crew......he is doing better than last year.....but he is capable of so much more......It iusy isn't happening.
But no matter what, I am his fan.

That's really a dirty trick Hendrick pulled on Jr. Giving the good cars and crews to Gordon and Johnson, but sticking Little E with junk. Yeah, right.

jimmie johnson has won this year.. check
jeff gordon has won this year..
mark martin has won this year..
dale jr has won this year..

lots of "checks" missing in that list, jeff gordon has been running pretty good but mark martin hasnt until recently..

sam, i know you have the miami hurricanes on your mind, but jimmy johnson doesnt drive a race car.. jimmie does though.

i was a critic of jrs when tony jr would get all the blame. But this time, I do think its the crewchief.. Im telling you, lance mcgrew sux.. Everytime jr tries to give him info and all,, mcgrew runs his smart mouth.. and they start fighting. So my take on it is, yeah jr always has an excuse, or his fans do, but I really feel like he is struggling right now, because his crewchief is an ****, and jr knows there is nothing he can do about it.. So yeah, I put this one on mcgrew.. Jr hasnt drove bad this year, he hasnt caused any wrecks or things like that.
