He took a pay cut to go to Cincinatti because it's not as big as the pay cut he would have taken for his next-best offer at McDonalds.

Why not, DD? I see senior citizens working the cash register all the time...and plus, Mickey D's can always use a fill in Ronald McDonald clown for the the Kid's Play Place-especially the indoor ones around Feb6 time frame?

Salary shouldn't be as important to TO as the health care package. They play the Ravens twice, after all.

It's a tough transition for TO to do Mickey D's in Dallas, Chief. It's a whole different culture.
