10:36 AM ET 08.08 | There's been lots of talk in the garage about Paul Menard likely moving to another new Cup team next season. Richard Childress Racing and Penske Racing are the ones most often mentioned. In another year or two, he will have gone through every major organization in the Cup series.

Menard should do pretty good in good equipment. He seems to be improving in the last year. Menard and RCR would be a good hook up.

I really don't have anything to say on this, it just pissed me off that there are more ads than comments.

These spammers need to at least take Sunday off.

Menard seems to be improving, but I'm not convinced that he would win all that much with great equipment.

if fannation was worth a **** they would ban these spamming dick heads after just one comment

I thought he had already agreed to go to RCR

I heard that to.

two comments: first Menard has shown actually improvement this year, though not yet a contender, could actually be one of those in the mid teens with a mathmatical shot at the chase next year. Second, nice to have that silver spoon in your mouth.

So if Menard goes to Penske, hopefully he'll take over the 77 car and Sam Hornish Jr will leave NASCAR as he just flat ain't good enough to drive a Cup Car. That's one of two Open Wheelers who've have ample opportunity to prove they car drive a Stock Car and both have flopped.

Which other open wheeler are you referring to? As far as I'm concerned JPM has easily proven himself, even without the wins.

Also wish Sam Hornish Jr., I have to agree. He just can't get a handle on the Cup cars. He's a heck of an open wheel racer though, and nobody can argue that point.

As for Menard... I just can't be impressed with this guy, improvement or not.

Third one is the chick in the #7 NW ride. she had a great run yesterday in IRL last on lead lap.. dont know why, didnt watch.

Perhaps John Menard has learned this team jumping technique from robby gordon, who changes brands about as often as he buys a new calendar.

She finished 21st while Simona de Silvestro, a rookie, finished 8th.

If Menard would go to Penske, (Heard it was RCR) it would more then likely be the 4th Team car, #22 Kurt, #2 Brad K, #77 Sam, #12 ? Menard, but I think Penske is keeping the 4th car for Justin. his NW driver.

So your not a Dario Fan. huh

As far as I know the owner points from the #12 are going to the #22 for Kurt.

I don't want to step on Shy's toes at all, but I'm not sure he's referring to Dario. Dario never really had ample opportunity to prove he's good in only half a season.

Personally, I have no problems at all with Dario. at least in IRL the dude can drive the wheels off those cars, and he didnt get much of a chance in Cup. for me, while nice on the eyes, I can't stand his wife.

Huh? -

No, I'm not going there.

I do not know how the Owner points are going at Penske, but IF Penske whated to start a fourth team...the new team would get say #12 points...and Kurt would use his Past Championship 2004 to get into races.

The Captian is infinitely smarter than me on these matters, BUT, If it was my show, I would get the third team more competitive before I undertook a fourth.
