10:01 AM ET 08.14 | What's the Cubs' starting rotation going to look like next April? With Carlos Zambrano on the trading block, Ted Lilly already traded, Randy Wells looking, as he said, ''pitiful'' in his last start and 10-game winner Carlos Silva on the disabled list with doubts about his durability creeping in during the second half, nothing looks certain.

Bad defense, bad base running, absolutely no clutch hitting, bad relief pitching and bad managing. The ONLY thing working for the Cubbies in the first half was their starting pitching and they are 20 freaking games under .500. How bad is it doing to get?

What the Cubs Farm System hasn't developed any pitching talent? Perhaps they will be able to trade Carlos Zambrano for some developed pitching talent.... The White Sox might want to unload Peavy in a trade for a few of the Cubs unknown minior league prospects.

QUOTE(#6):

You keep floating the ridiculous idea of trading Peavy to the Cubs for young prospects. That doesn't help the White Sox whatsoever. Can't wait for your next post about how you dislike Ken Williams for not acquiring some over the hill power hitter.

You really dislike the fact that I think Kenny Williams isn't doing a very good job of improving the Chicago White Sox Organization!!
I Didn't have the angle to help the ChiSox -- Other than to get ride of "injured prone" Peavy and get a few Cubs young prospects for the White Sox to develope for the future in return. Peavy would except a trade accross Chicago to the Cubs-- Peavy's presents would be an upgrade of the Cubs Rotation noless... When and if Peavy were healthy over their current Carlos Zambrano situation; And who is headed out of Chicago anyway, Unless Kenny Williams were to trade for Zambrano of course. Carlos Zambrano is a pretty decent hitting pitcher so he would put up better offensive numbers than the ChiSox are currently getting out of Pierre in Leftfield now. Of course it would be ridiculous for Zambrano to play LF-- But believe the Cubs have a few Outfield Prospects in their minor league system that could help the ChiSox in the future more than Peavy and Pierre will.

Here's the Over the Hill Power Hitter information you are waiting on... Toronto Blue Jays, Lyle Overday just cleared waivers... But of course is past his prime and wouldn't help The Chicago White Sox No How
