I really like this guy in Philly, but one more good hit and he's learning to walk and talk again. I know it has to be tough for him, but it's time for him to hang 'em up.

Whatever the case, Westbrook should make his decision soon. If not, people will accuse him of pulling a Favre.

August 15, 2010  09:18 AM ET

Please don't play in St. Louis. If that's really your best situation, your best decision is to walk away. You have had some nasty concussions and playing in that dome on turf is just asking to get your eggs scrambled.

What's the NFL coming to when all the big stories have the same headline:

<fill-in-the-blank> hasn't decided <if/where he's coming back>.

See, you too can be a sports journalist.

Agreed

The source: " via Twitter for BlackBerry?? Retweeted by 5 people "

Well, if five people retweeted this info, then that makes if official fodder for FN.

Warching the Lams play the Vikings last night should have convinced him to retire,

It is time for Brian to retire. He was a great player, don't want to see him suffer the rest of his life.

August 15, 2010  10:23 AM ET

So sorry. Check back in when you get back. I hate polo shirts. Will take a button down shirt with a pocket any day. Gotta have a place for my pocket protector.

You should check out the TD section. DJ has a thread about the Raiders.

QUOTE:

Cowboys put too much pressure on themselves, instead of playing instinctively. They are all looking over their shoulders, it seems.Their management needs to lay off and let them play. But that's dreaming. Jerry Jones makes the Cowboys neurotic. There is no cure. They'll continue to implode in big games.

Wishful thinking.

Or a LaBron. I thought they said he was going to make an announcement on Monday. 'Nobody wants me' .

Do we agree here:Management needs to lay off and let them play....

I agree that JJ is too meddlesome and needs to lay off the plastic surgery. They did play well last season and Romo showed significant improvement in turnovers. It's a difficult schedule this season. We shall see.

I'm an Eagles fan. I want to see him go to the Skins so we can kick his and Mcnabb's rear ends both games.
