08:06 AM ET 08.16 | Dan Haren, now 1-3 with a 3.44 ERA in his five starts with the Angels, again received little support Sunday, and the Angels are running out of time. He wasn't at his best Sunday and the Angels' offense has given him no leeway to be anything less. The Angels have scored a total of 13 runs in his five starts -- only six during the 34 innings when he was on the mound. "The margin of error has been a little thin," Haren grudgingly admitted. ... "By no means is it the offense's fault. I'm the one who went out there and gave up four runs and gave up the hits. The loss gets pinned on me."

No Haren, the Halos need to fire Hatcher. How many years now has the pitching staff been good & the hitting has been crap? FIRE HATCHER!

Awwww - B00-H00. Forgive me if I lack sympathy. Thirteen runs worth of support in five games, would be considered "opening the flood gates" for any of Seattles starting pitchers

Classy comment, well done Haren.

Well played by Haren but we do really need to get a bat in our lineup. Still hating the fact we got rid of Vlad for Matsucky.

And I thought that the Angels made the trade for Dan Haren with Arizona to tighten up the American League West race and catch the Texas Rangers. With this type of support from his Halo teammates, Haren probally wishes he was traded to the Dodgers or Reds a team that would appriciate his pitching efforts more.

Agree the Angels need to juice up the offense a a lttle. With all the negative issues going on with the Mariners up in Seattle-- They could start cleaning house and make Chone availible, to bring him back; Overbay cleared waivers up in Toronto, but he is pretty much past his prime, don't know if he would be a good fit in California
