Cavs answer to LeBron ... Joey Graham?

08:19 AM ET 08.16 | The Cavs "will probably" enter the season with Joey Graham, Jawad Williams or Jamario Moon filling the hole left by the talent now in South Beach. The hope is these players can bring some defense to the spot. They certainly aren't scorers. The problem is one way to put pressure on a high scorer is to come back at him on the offensive end -- and make him move and play defense. ... That's why Byron Scott is talking about an offense with points coming from power forward Antawn Jamison, and the backcourt beginning with Mo Williams.

True; but that's what they have to do. I hope they tank the next few seasons and I like the idea of letting the offense run through Mo and Jamison. By showcasing them they might get some value back when they trade them. Becareful with Jamison though... he's too old and looks like he's headed for a break down.

Not to sound arrogant or proud but how funny it was that many fans on this site were like "What if the heat get nobody in free agency?"Now look the cavs lost their hometown hero...Point blank many teams this summer planned to land a tip tier free agent and not all of them did.Bulls did not panic they had a plan B and have surrounded Rose with a good core and possibly a top 4 team in the east.Knicks got Amare and are hopeful for next season, hawks resigned and over paid JJ(bone head move) but at least they resigned their leading scorer, Bucks traded for Maggette, signed a few other complimentary pieces and they should remain a playoff team, even the nets did not panic as they landed no top tier free agent but have a pretty good young nucleus, as their only whole lies at the small forward position. But the cavs had no backup plan, so certain James would stay home but he didn't and now Joey Graham is the savior since Lebron's departure? Can you say raptors?!

can you say basement of the East...

They shouldve had a plan b, but they kinda had their hands tied a little. They couldnt really go out and get anyone because they needed to be able to pay LBJ if he came back. He didnt communicate with them.
