10:52 AM ET 08.21 | Two football seasons ago. Closed practice. Autzen Stadium. Running back LeGarrette Blount was carrying the football on a play that swung wide when he was met by two University of Oregon defenders. Defensive back Jairus Byrd and linebacker Jerome Boyd grabbed Blount and shoved him toward the sideline. A scuffle broke out, facemasks were grabbed, bodies tangled and then Ducks head coach Mike Bellotti hurried toward the mess, trying to break up the players. Blount threw a punch. It missed Byrd and Boyd, but caught the side of Bellotti's face -- square. Two Ducks teammates and a former assistant coach told me about that punch on Thursday. That practice punch was dismissed as an accident. An ESPN.com report states that Bellotti has denied that a punch was thrown by Blount or anyone else.

Titans covered both spectrums; Blount and Rolle. I would rather have a Rhode scholar, but was hoping Blount would take advantage of a second/third chance. Well, I guess he IS taking advantage.

It sure is; And LeGarrette Blount's "old round house" must really carry a BIG Whalllop with it too; If it caused Head Coach, Mike Bellotti to completlly forget that he got suckered punched. It is always nice to have a Running Back that carries a good punch; Especially inside the Red Zone!!

Rolle is a true scholar ... and a gentleman (they go hand in hand).
Blount didn't qualify academically, took the JUCO route, and continues to act as if he hasn't learned anything.
If Rolle doesn't make it in the NFL he can always do stem cell research.
If Blount doesn't make it in the NFL what does he have to fall back on? Boxing?
