Kaberle's father still sees trade on horizon

09:08 AM ET 08.23 | Tomas Kaberle may have earned his no-trade, but that doesn't mean he won't move. Kaberle would welcome a trade and reportedly won't return to Toronto when his contract ends next season as long as Ron Wilson is the coach, according to Kaberle's own father. According to the Toronto Sun, Frantisek Kaberle Sr., Tomas' father, told Czech hockey magazine Hokej this week that despite the fact that his son has a no-trade clause that kicked in earlier in the week, he doesn't see his son playing for the Leafs for the entire season.

Brian Burke Ugly Avatar Day Contest
On Thursday August 26th everyone who's interested in participating can change their avatar to a picture of Brian Burke. Please post your intention to enter. Worst picture (I know redundant) wins. Argos will be the judge with final say on said decision. Perhaps an added caption to your photo could be used by Argos as a tie breaker. We can't have a shoot out as the Alberta & Texas members are better armed than most of us.
Any likeness that portrays his management style, sterling personality, or any of his other fine characteristics will be allowed.
The only real rule is no naked pictures of Brian. I know only Leaf fans would have such a thing and most (except for Argos) don't have enough of a sense of humour to join in but just in case. I'm not sure we'd all recover in time to enjoy the upcoming season.

Anyway, Burke isn't going to trade Kaberle because he won't get what he perceives as "equal value" in return.
Then again, equal value to Burke is 3 1st round draft picks, 2 first line forwards and someone to take Finger off of their roster as well.
