Penn State's tailback competition
Austin Scott remains number one on the depth chart, but it's become obvious through three games that there is little difference between him and fellow Penn State tailback Rodney Kinlaw. Kinlaw rushed for 129 yards and a touchdown against Buffalo, getting extensive play after Scott was benched until the second half after losing two first-quarter fumbles. Scott netted 53 yards, most of that coming on a 40-yard fourth-quarter touchdown run.

I'm glad we have Scott but i'd like to see more of Kinlaw on the field!

I heard a lot about Kinlaw and after seeing some of the Penn State/Buffalo game, I think Jo Pa. should go to him as the starter.

Scott has shown that he really doesn't have it. PSU cannot afford stupid fumbles. Putting the ball on the ground gets you benched quickly. What's interesting is that Royster has gotten minimal playing time in the last two games.

I think they can both get the job done but I would really like to see what Royster can do. I think there are a lot of us that feel that way.

Its nice to have both, but Joe always lets the seniors start even if they aren't as good. Remember how long Robinson rode the bench. Scott is capable but lets get Kinlaw ready for next couple of years.
