Intern contradicts sex suit testimony
A former Knicks intern who had sex with Stephon Marbury in his truck outside a Westchester County strip club in 2005 testified in federal court in Manhattan yesterday that she had not been drunk or coerced. Her story of having had consensual sex with Marbury on her birthday contradicted testimony by Anucha Browne Sanders, the former Knicks executive who is suing Coach Isiah Thomas and Madison Square Garden for sexual harassment.

*\o/* I mean, on her birthday... She couldn't think to get a multi-millionaire to take her somewhere nice before giving up the kitty? What a bimbo!
She does get points for telling the truth though. I can see this being played out in a comedy skit. *\o/*

Actually, I take that back. She could be lying, but what does it matter really. The whole organization is dysfunctional.

The Knicks are a mess and Isiah Thomas, along with Stephon Marbury are first-class idiots, but I can't help but think this woman is lying.
This may not be popular, but I think there are many women out there who use "harrassment" as a tool of revenge. I don't believe a word of what this woman is saying and I think she actually was a part of "culture" at the Knicks and now that she's fired she needs to get back at these guys.
People don't want to admit, but some women are just out for the payday, you see them on the arms of entertainers, athletes and such. Everybody is willing to throw those two idiots under the bus, but I think they actually are innocent of what she's accusing them of.

I only got one thing to say about that girl. She looks pretty good to me, so I got to give Steph his props for smashing that.

I just saw a pic of her. She doesn't look that great. But hey, It's your booty, not your beauty...
And to Vocal Point: Why is she a bimbo?? Let's be fair here. If it was your b-day and your favorite female millionair star wanted to **** in the back of your truck, you'd say yes too. You're not gonna be askin her to take you out...

What does Stephon Marubry sleeping with an intern have to do with this case? Will they please hurry up and end this...

I have to agree with you. A couple of woman can give all woman a bad name. That is why a lot of rape cases don't go reported because a lot of woman don't believe anyone will believe them. It is really sad and I don't know what really happened in this case, I think there is a little truth on both sides. Cases like the Duke Lacrosse case make it hard for real victims to be believed. You can have a female naked and lying on a bed ready to go, and if she says no, it is done regardless of everything that happened up until that point . . . . . . but imagine her trying to defend that in court . . . . . . .

Dolan should fire Isiah for running the Knicks as an organization, through the mud. At the very least, demote him. You want someone responsible holding your top position.
Yes, I know the Knicks had a dismal few seasons, but their president and coach is not fit to be their leader by proof of his actions, and his alibi's.
Their team captain isn't much better either. I thought Marbury was a family man when he mentioned moving 'his family' to Italy to play in the Euroleague.
If the Knicks dropped all their veterans and their troublemakers(Z.Randolph and Nate Robinson), and ran a team with only rookies, and a rookie coach, I think they might just have a better season than the last 2 years!!!

As I stated 2 weeks ago, the plaintiff rested a weak case. When you bring charges against someone, you are the Plaintiff. You are responsible for presenting your case against the defendant. Let???s review what Ms Saunders has.
1. Saunders, no email, no letters, nothing before she knew she was being fired.
2. Saunders had an ex-employee that supported Saunders, but he was only able to provide the information he heard from Saunders. He did not here anything first hand.
3. You have the season ticket holder who saw Isiah hugged Saunders and then he overheard Isiah telling whom he thought was Michael Ray ???quote??? she will not give me any loving and it???s hard to work with someone that beautiful.
4. You have the intern that just contradicted everything Ms Saunders said.
You can dislike Isiah and or Marbury if you like, but the case is weak. She might have a shot at wrongful termination, but that???s it.

I here you people saying Isiah has done nothing for the Knicks. I have explained 20 different ways why the Knicks are better, younger and have a very bright future.
However, camp opens next week, so there is no need to explain again. Minus injury (watch is part of the game) the Knicks would have had 38 to 41 wins last year. They will have a deep bench and with Zach in the starting line-up, I don???t believe the Knicks will need to come from 20 point down to win.
Zach improves the Knicks by 5 games alone. Some of you are looking at teams and not match-ups. Basketball is a game of match-ups. On paper, the Knicks have the best scoring 5-4 tandem in the league. Tell me the 5 and 4 that averaged 42 and 17 last year.
The question is can they play together. If the can find room and play together, the Knick will be in the top 4 teams in the east!!
If they can't play together they will be the 6th or 7th seed. therefore, I am saying it is not if the Knicks will make the play-off, it where, and how far
We will see!

I love women, but, have no desire to work with them ever again. It is hell.
Also, I can't believe the league hasn't stepped in by now. The Knicks are bringing down the whole league and it has to be embarrassing to the commissioner.

For the people who say she isn't very attractive; have you taken a good look at Stephon? I'm sure there are better looking wealthy men in New York City. I say she was drunk. She had to be.

For you people saying the league should step in. I am wondering what the league could do. If you believe the Knicks are the worst team in the league, there is no rule you need to be good. From the summer league, the Knicks have some of the best young talent in the league. The Knicks improved last year, and should improve this year.
The case against Isiah is weak and will likely go away. If Dolan is found guilty of wrongful firing, and Dolan gets suspected for a year. Isiah will still be in charge for that year.
I can???t believe no one can see the Knicks are better, or is it you don???t want the Knicks better if Isiah is the reason.

Wow, a married basketball star having sex with another lady in his truck? Is that news?
Once the season starts, this will not even be remembered anymore. If Curry and Zach manage to play together, the Knicks will be among the top 4 teams in the East. Curry, Zach, Steph, Crawford, Richardson, that's enough firepower with Lee, Mardy, Nate and the rooks. Even Fred Jones can play good defense. Jerome James should be cut
