03:53 PM ET 09.16 | Floyd Mayweather Jr. has officially been charged with felony counts of coercion, robbery and grand larceny -- as well as four misdemeanors -- for the alleged domestic incident with his baby mama in Las Vegas. According to the Clark County District Attorney the misdemeanors are battery, and three counts of harassment. As we first reported, Josie Harris claims the boxer beat her, threatened to kill her, and stole her cell phone during the alleged incident on September 9.

Well, at least now he has a legitimate excuse not to box Manny Pacquiao!

According to the story in TMZ: "The coercion and harassment counts include alleged threats Mayweather made against his sons. According to the docs, the boxer threatened to beat his kids' **** if they "called 911 and/or left the residence."

Of course, he'll only beat his kids' **** if they agree to being tested for HGH and steroids first. If they won't agree to that, the fight is off.

You're a real man, Floyd, and You Are the Greatest!
Jerk!

I would replace Lebron with Tiger. Lebron really did nothing wrong, except go to a different team in a very odd way. Pretty trivial when compared to being a racist, a terrorist, and a wife beater, don't you think?

He won't agree to the trial until the judge undergoes olympic type drug testing. He's worried about Pacman's possible steroid use? He should be worried about his possible meth/coke habit because he's acting like a druggie. If you look back at his dad and uncle's colorful lifestyle choices it may just be in his genes.

Floyd broke the biggest rule of boxing: Don't fight if you ain't gettin' paid.

It has always been patently clear that Mayweather is a punk-**** b*tch coward. These latest incidents only add to the pre-existing mountain of incontrovertible evidence. Mayweather has always been a gutless blowhard in and around the ring, and he is obviously a gutless blowhard in his personal life as well. At least it's gratifying to know that his true nature has now been exposed for all the world to see.

But if they refuse to testify or go against the state's story the state can't win and this will be a huge waste of the state's time and money. You can't force a kid to testify against their father.

QUOTE(#20):

Domestic abuse cases don't work that way. The very nature of the offense often brings with it emotional and psychological barriers which renders the victim unwilling, or unable to testify against the offender. For this reason the state does not need the cooperation of the victim to bring a case against an abuser and win it.

Great point, except the charges do not include any form of abuse allegations. No Assault, stalking, emotional abuse, or even really intimidation. So Im figuring he isnt going to get slammed to hard for stealing a cell phone with 100 mil in the bank. We will see, personally I think his sentence should be to fight Pacman, that would take his legacy, his mouth, half his fans, shut up his father, and be a nice physical beating... Seems like better than Jail time to me... Ha then throw in only the winner gets paid
