and here I thought it was his lazy attitude and poor play during games

September 19, 2010  08:51 AM ET

Didn't hear his named called all that much at Patriots games.

Note to interns... now THIS is a well thought out thread.

Next stop, Denver Broncos.

Probably why he got traded then.

September 19, 2010  09:33 AM ET

I love the photo. I think it's Maroney's impression of Tebow's throwing mechanics.

Same thing.

What is this crap. The Patriots have been down on this fool since two years after they drafted him.

September 19, 2010  10:46 AM ET

Next stop, Dancing With The Stars. He had lots of practice at the line of scrimmage over the past few years.

Who?

September 19, 2010  12:45 PM ET

Caption for phot: "Hey coach, is this the way I carry the ball on first and goal?"

September 19, 2010  02:35 PM ET

What are the chances of picking up anyone decent right now...the Broncos are groping and coming up empty.

September 19, 2010  03:07 PM ET

Slow day at FN. Every fan knew this.

September 19, 2010  03:46 PM ET

Injuries will certainly cause a running back to fumble... Good luck in Denver Maroney

September 20, 2010  02:59 AM ET

Old news.

September 20, 2010  04:08 AM ET

Which? Fumbles or injuries? Maybe he just sucks.

September 20, 2010  07:34 AM ET

Injuries and fumbling seldom ingratiate a player with coaches and owners. C'mon, FN, this trade was over and done a week ago. Do you think the Pats would have traded him for a "draft pick swap" the way they did if they really thought he was going to suddenly find himself and be a productive back?

This is news? Maroney is gone, he wasn't the answer and will probably be out of the league after this year.
Let's move on.
