06:07 AM ET 09.28 | Backup guard Chris Stewart might soon become the third player to leave Notre Dame's program this season. The sophomore was excused from practice Thursday for ''personal reasons.'' The South Bend Tribune reported that Stewart was returning home to Texas with the intention of transferring, though his family is hopeful he will return to Notre Dame.
