Arenas: Injured knee 'fully healthy'
During a series of training sessions in front of a small group of reporters, Gilbert Arenas described both his offseason workout regimen and his physical condition. He said his knee is "fully healthy" and that he won't wear a knee brace because it would only serve to remind him of the injury, which ended his season early last April about two weeks before the playoffs.

I'm not a Wizards fan and I won't be one quite soon but I like this guy.
He's a load mouth with just the talent to match. Certainly not humble but not too arrogant. A very interesting guy.
The NBA need such people with the dwindling interest in the league... The Barkleys, Rodmans, Laimbeers....

I really like Gilbert as a player, but not so much as a franchise player. I don't see him taking a ring home any time soon, but I definately hope he's able to at least stay healthy. If not, there's always a spot for him in broadcasting. It'd be nice to see a few more athletes with real personalities become famous.

This doode is a MONSTER!!!.......Agent Zero is about to go off this season......he should play the 2 and the wizards should go after a real point guard...no disrespect to Gilbert can you imagine a lineup with
PG-??
SG-Giilbert
SF-Butler
PF-Jamison
C-Haywood
Just put a real good distributing point guard then this team would be great

I am NOT a Wizards fan...really weird considering I work part time in the Arena here in DC...I've meet Gil several times and dude is BEYOND strange...but certainly entertaining! I really wouldn't call him arrogant, the first time I met him I had NO clue he was a bball star...you cannot tell, he doesn't act ridiculous. If you think about it though, he deserves to shine and gloat...he came from nothing and turned himself into something, literally. He has been doubted his entire life...his childhood was SHAKY and his early Bball career was seriously questioned...because he is a fighter, I root...I just wish he wasn't so STRANGE...LOL!!! I don't know how I feel about the Wizards...hummm, jury is still out!

Alot of talent on that team and they would have beat the Cav's if the team was healthy last yr. Can't wait to see them play this year, They will be able to hang with Detroit, Boston, Chicago, and cleveland

The Wizards should try to make some moves to upgrade. Because with this current group they will not win the east they will only make the playoffs just to go out in the first round.
