Win over Hoosiers doesn't change much in Ann Arbor

08:59 AM ET 09.30 | Michigan went 4-0 last year, hailed Tate Forcier as a Heisman candidate and, briefly, the heat was off Rich Rodriguez. This team seems different. This team seems better. ... [Still], Michigan hasn't won a Big Ten game yet. It hasn't beaten a ranked opponent. It hasn't beaten an FBS team that has a winning record. And, of course, it hasn't beaten Ohio State yet. A lot has to happen before Rodriguez is off the hot seat. (And this only applies to the on-field product. We haven't even delved into the NCAA issues.) He's on the right track, to be sure. But a win over Indiana doesn't begin to qualify as a game changer.

Don't think the "Hoosiers" will give much fight this season. Seems like the issues of Rodriguez are what is plaguing this team.

A loss, which is very possible with IU's QB and offensive play, is going to be very destructive to TSUN. T&R failed to mention Fraudriguez's pending lawsuits over failed business ventures too.
What's the odds in Vegas of him getting a fourth year?

Compliment ACCEPTED but I never claim to be an expert or Guru, it's a hobby for me and I have a lot of fun with it. And yes, I don't have a problem admitting my mistakes, I've had plenty of practice! ;)

Someone else should be as humble as you. :)

What is TSUN stand for? Heard it used before but did not know what it meant, I am assuming it is a joke of sorts.

A throwback to the Woody Hayes days.....The School Up North (Woody would never say the word "Michigan")

The key to RichieRod to getting off the hot seat? Can you say DEFENSE?

Ol' Woody would never say the name of TSUN. He even made the bus gas up in Ohio before crossing over into that northern state. He once went for a two point conversion (successful) when up 48-(10?). When asked why he went for three, he said, " because they wouldn't let me go for three". Now that is stuff that makes a rivalry, one of the best!

GO BUCKS!!!!!!!!!!!!

I agree and I'm calling the upset.

norka, I have it picked on my silly underdog picks(poss. 11 pts) played on 104.5thezone.com. Check it out, if you like making the crazy picks. Get 3 picks a week. I also am picking TN>LUS (sorry LUS, but it's a possible 16 pts for me and I'm behind in my private group). I feel real good about my third pick of, ECU> UNC for 12 points. It's all for fun and doesn't matter, as lnog as my BUCKEYES keep winning! GO BUCKS!!!!!!!!

It's funny that you would know that Dan Mullen uses that. It is hilarious to hear an Ole Lady fan get their panties in a bunch when their school is referred to as TSUN (esp. with all the southern traditions and all).

Sidebar note here: it's believed this moniker began with Woody Hayes' references to UM during his career. That's one example of how much he hated Michigan. He couldn't even bring himself to utter the name. Also, the term has gotten some currency with Coach Dan Mullen of Mississippi State in his references to the Ole Miss Rebels.

The 2010 schedule up in the Swamp by the ticket office has the Gator's Nov 27th opponent as Some school out West.
