Considering the NFL has 4x the players to talk about I would say the NBA is way worst and they treat their stars with kid gloves. Artest got how many games off for bringing a gun to an arena and showed his teamates? Plexico got suspened for years for dropping a gun out of his pants at a club. How long was Kobe suspended for Rape alligeations but Big Ben gets 6 games ... common man. NBA stars got to the locker room with a cut - NFL players play with broken hands ... common man.

jgb, you can't put Iverson in the same category as Marbury and Francis. Iverson may be flawed, as many people are, but he fulfilled his potential and will go down as one of the top 25 or so players of all time. He is a first-ballot HOF-er. Francis and Marbury are just straight-up knuckleheads. Iverson is a complicated dude. They aren't the same.

Also, how do you get arrested for just "resisting arrest"? Don't you have to do something that would warrant an arrest prior to them arresting you in the first place?
