11:10 AM ET 10.09 | Strikeforce CEO Scott Coker recently appeared on the Sherdog Radio Network's Beatdown program where he revealed his plans for both Fedor Emelianenko and the rest of the heavyweight division. "He's not going to be back this year because the schedule is already full," Coker said of the elusive Russian great, Emelianenko. "Who he fights (next), that's something that we'll probably have an announcement in the next, I would say, four weeks we'll have an announcement on how we're going to unveil this whole thing."

Man what a waste of talent. Having him fight once a year is ****. The guy is the greatest heavyweight in the history of the sport. He lost his first ever fight and you shelf him for 12 months. They should have had him fighting in three months if for nothing else to get him back in the winners circle. Strikeforce is the worst organization. Oh and this weekend's fights we're terrible.

It is a waste by strikeforce but Fedor would have big say. Should have gone to ufc could be fighting minimum twice a year against top top heavyweights. Only guy in strikeforce he should fight is overeem dont wanna see werdum vs fedor, W

But i dont think Fedor wants the top top guys even, Werdum wasnt good enough for ufc and got cut. Fedor should fight Overeem, Carwin, JDS or Cain V or hell even Brock they are the top guys but he doesnt and hasnt thought in their prime fighters for years why????????????
