General manager Walt Jocketty told reporters Saturday that the Reds will "definitely" pick up veteran starter Bronson Arroyo's $11 million option for 2011 -- and look for a longer-term commitment after that.

No reason they shouldn't re-sign him, he's an above average pitcher who can show his young friends in that rotation a thing or two about pitching and pitching under pressure. And that's A FACT.
