Wang continues to progress on his way back from shoulder surgery, posting another solid outing [Tuesday] for the Nationals' instructional league team. Wang threw two innings against the Braves' instructional league team, hitting 89 mph on the radar gun and getting four groundouts in 17 pitches, according to an e-mail from his interpreter, Alan Chang. ... Wang's improvement comes at a good time for the Nationals, who are waiting to see how he finishes his fall before moving forward on negotiations with Wang's agent, Alan Nero, about a contract for next season.
