11:08 AM ET 10.17 | I got in two questions to NASCAR Chairman Brian France about TV ratings as he walked out of a press conference room after having announced that NASCAR will switch to E15 fuel beginning next year in Cup, Nationwide and Trucks. Here's Brian on the declining TV ratings: Brian: "We're working on it. Racing is great and over time that takes care of things. We'd like to have better ratings but we will over time.''

Oh good, switching to corn based E15 fuel will get the corn farmers on board. Hopefully they aren't too far off the beaten path and they have cable.

My friend, and you are my friend Mr. France. Fix a few races so that Jooonya wins and all his fans, and he did have many many fans, would reappear. Problem solved.

no need to be rude!

I have frequently said the things NASCAR needs to do to fix itself are 1) race stockcars 2) stop locking in the top 35, and 3) end the gawdawful chase. Here is number 4. Oust Brian France. Fire Brian France. Kidnap Brian France. Send Brain France on a cruise. Put Brian France on a rocket to Jupiter. Does everyone get #4?

Whoever is **** up the print, please stop.

If NASCAR ever wants a serious discussion with the fans as to why race attendance and tv ratings are declining, they can start with the "vanilla-zation" of the sport when they went to the COT. Then the "commericial"-ization of the televised events (litterally more time spent on commericials last night than actually watching racing). Also, get rid of the so-called expert analysts that you have. That TNT bunch (with the exception of DJ) is horrible to listen to, I'd rather listen to DW yell Boogity Boogity Boogity anyday (and that drives me nuts too).

He's right.....I only made it bold on the first page, and I am sorry about that.....the other idiot is a troll.

How about firing the guy that throws all of those stupid yellow flags? That would improve ratings. A yellow flag lst nit for Marcos spimnning and ending up well off the track before he got restarted and got back to the puts before the pace car got out
