08:08 AM ET 10.19 | Rudy Fernandez may want out of the NBA, but he's still playing his game. [With] just one exhibition game remaining before the start of the regular season, one unquestionable truth has emerged: When Rudy Fernandez steps on the court, he sure doesn't look unhappy. And with every passing October day, every swished three-pointer and every highlight-reel play, Fernandez's coaches and teammates say they have discovered one more truth: They can depend on the disgruntled guard, homesick or not.

Two second round draft picks from the Knicks or he can keep fighting with ROY out there... I'm sure Lakers don't mind...

I don't understand why people are giving this guy a bad reputation.
He IS a good player.
I see a lot less talented individuals on the court that have a lot worse attitudes.

All he's asking for is new home in this free country...

"When Rudy Fernandez steps on the court, he sure doesn't look unhappy."

So, you're saying he'd be happier if he played more? That's thinking outside the box.

Rudy is a much better player than Gallo will ever be IMO. Different positions, but Rudy is way more talented.

Its kinda hard to not be happy after playing a game you receive your fat pay check in your locker.

He will vanish once again when the regular season starts, once the shots matter he wilts. Even when he makes his shot, his man scores every time on him, every time.

The person writing this Story, used Fernandez and "highlight-reel play" in the same Sentence.

Interesting...
