09:38 AM ET 10.19 | Eight points later, a new line in Calgary may have staying power. [A win] over the visiting Edmonton Oilers was not only an offensive breakout game for the Flames in just their fourth outing of the season, but saw [Matt] Stajan stir up some chemistry with wingers Jarome Iginla and Alex Tanguay as he swapped spots with Olli Jokinen. Three assists for Stajan in just his second game back from a separated shoulder, two goals and an assist for Tanguay and a goal and an assist for Iginla. Slick move, coach.

They had to do something the first couple of games were ugly...But I still think they need to get rid of the Sutter's....

Slick move, coach.

And a slick quote, coach.

We need guys to play well if want to have success.

Things are looking up for the Sutters.

I wish...Scratch that, I PRAY that the Sutters are run out of town.
the both of them have their mind set stuck in the NHL pre 2004.

Hey! you guys have a good young team with tonnes of potential for the future. No need to pray for the Flames downfall, Sutter (x2) already has that covered.

The Oil's future is very bright. For the Flames.... unfortunately if they cant get anywhere this season are going to burn out. With very poor draft picks in the next three years (thanks again Daryl) we are screwed for the long term.

I cant believe the steady decline the Flames have had since right before the lock out. I really thought Calgary was gonna be a force to reckon with for a while.

So did I, and Kipper has gone through his "prime" with all his hard work wasted, except for a Vezina. They should have never made the moves they've made, and the "Banjo" bros are doing a heck of a job killing this team!

BUT WAIT

Matt Stajan is back!!!! So they should turn it around just fine, just like he helped the Leafs do!

just think if they played with 4 forwards and Hagman was on that line

Stajan
Hagman
Iginla
Tanguay

now that's a name for a Flames line .It would've looked better with boldface but I ain't privy to that info.
I'm taking my ball and I'm going home!!
