07:20 AM ET 10.22 | It is the opinion of three major-league GMs that Red Sox pitching coach John Farrell will be named as Blue Jays manager replacing Cito Gaston, according to MLB Network analyst Peter Gammons. None of those GMs was Alex Anthopoulos who ultimately will make the call. "No decision has yet been made," Anthopoulos said when reached for comment. "I still have not made up my own mind on the candidates."

Blue Jays can have John Farrell. In my opinion, he's the most overrated pitching coach in baseball.........

Maybe Boston can throw some money at Dave Duncan and steal him away from the Cardnials.

Boy, that didn't take long to degenerate and exactly WHY is the pitching coach holding hands with Adrian Beltre?? Actually more confusing than disturbing. Looks a bit like they're both after the last sale item at Big Lots.

Hey John...could you take Dice K with you?

LOL Perfect answer.

Besides the Red Sox have bigger issues to resolve over the winter.
Have to sign Beltre if possible or replace him. Same with Martinez. Have to rebuild the relief staff. I would think with Bard and Paps they have a nice start but need to ditch the rest of the losers they had this season. Unless they think Oki can come back strong in 2011. They still need to replace Bay in my opinion. I think bringing Tek back for another year would be good. Starting pitching should be set
