Booty to try wearing glove
USC quarterback John David Booty could become the gloved one today in an effort to possibly regain his starting position for Saturday's game against Notre Dame. Booty sat out the Trojans' 20-13 victory over Arizona because of a broken middle finger on his throwing hand and watched sophomore Mark Sanchez overcome a rough first half to lead the Trojans to victory. Booty did not throw any balls Monday, but said he would probably don a receivers glove today to cushion his finger when he throws passes for the first time since last week.

Has there ever been a player with a more annoying name that announcers seem to love repeating as often as JOHN DAVID BOOTY?
Seriously, this question is almost throwdown worthy!
And now to throw the glove into the airwaves... LOL. I can't wait until this guy is 3rd string on a bench in the NFL so I don't have to hear it anymore.
