Shanny actions show no trust McNabb

08:00 AM ET 11.01 | In the wake of a controversial call to bench Donovan McNabb, the Redskins coaching staff may have revealed something telling. Here's the dirty little secret the Redskins have been concealing as well as they can, until the fed-up Shanahan clan just couldn't take it anymore Sunday afternoon: They don't yet trust Donovan McNabb to run this offense. In the aftermath of Washington's annual Motown meltdown, they may never. Neither My-Way Mike nor Quality-Control Kyle (the heir apparent to the coaching throne in, oh, three years) have complete confidence the future Hall-of-Famer they traded for in the offseason is the Redskins' man for the job in the long haul, let alone two weeks.

Don't worry Chico...you still have at least one more guaranteed win coming your way. ;)

May as well have kept Jason Campbell if you're going to yank the starting QB, after running for his life all game, due to a horrible offensive line.

Shanny... Why are you still manipulating the starting line up of the offensive line during week 8?

Why is Dockery on the bench?

And to put in Rex Grossman, saying he gives us the best chance to win??

Have you seen his **** resume?

I wonder would you bench your son?

Thanks Shanny!!

The familiar cloud of WTF has settled into the DC Fall weather, finally.

It's one thing not to trust McNabb, but to bench him (or ANY other starting QB, for that matter)for Gross-Man is the ultimate low.

With two minutes left in the **** game, while it's still winnable.....

McNabb isn't going to want to stay here... They could've drafted Claussen, or McCoy and kept Campbell.

The very first play Grossman was in pretty much summarizes his NFL resume. You have my full condolences...

He's busy making Papa Johns commercials and saying his (screen) is bigger than Jerry's.

He said, "Rex knows the 2 minute offense better than McNabb, so we decided to go with it....."

Just because Grossman sleeps with the playbook doesn't mean he can run it.

I know. HE played a BIG part in the Colts' win. Should've been given the MVP...L-M-A-O!!!
