08:02 AM ET 11.01 | A week after going for 225 yards and three touchdowns against the Eagles, Kenny Britt may wind up on the shelf for a while. Against the Chargers on Sunday, Britt was finished after four plays because of a right hamstring injury that is likely to sideline him indefinitely. He was hurt as he chased a deep pass from Vince Young. Coach Jeff Fisher said Britt, who is scheduled for an MRI today, would be out for an "extended period of time."

I'd rather have a bills thread.

Another question?

Damian Williams will fill in just fine. Pigeon crap has more consistancy than Britt.

Devestating....

Picked this guy up in my fantasy league, had him on the bench for the last 3 weeks, started him for the first time yesterday. Pretty good at fantasy, I am...

Why does it seem more "athletes" are getting injuried? I mean if they look the wrong way or sneeze they have to sit out a few games. Does all that money make them soft?

He'll be back..

Too bad. He was really starting to make a difference and our offense went completely stagnant after he left. Teams just load up the box on CJ because there is no other downfield threat. Young is just a so-so passer and now he can't or won't run the ball so we are destined for another 8-8 season.

You're the chemist. If you take performance enhancing drugs and the drug gets banned or testing gets better does it have an effect on the body if it is suddenly deprived of it until the player can find the next best thing?

Pulling a hamstring is one of the most avoidable injuries in sports - all you have to do is warm up and stretch properly before the game, and then stretch a little while you're on the sidelines waiting to get back in.
