08:19 AM ET 11.03 | Joe Paterno may evaluate on the fly which quarterback gives him the best chance to earn Paterno's career win No. 400. Either true freshman Rob Bolden or redshirt sophomore Matt McGloin is going to take the snap for Penn State's first possession, but that only means he's the starter. It doesn't necessarily mean he's No. 1 and the other guy is No. 2. "I think we'll let them compete and decide at the end of the week who's going to start," Paterno said [Tuesday] during his weekly teleconference with the media. "But I would imagine we maybe will have to rethink about only playing one kid. Maybe we'll play both."

How many current coaches have even coached in 400 games?

November 4, 2010  05:57 AM ET

Who knows, Joe Pa could get 500 victories...but he'd have to live to be about 100. At the rate he's going, he might!

It doesn't really matter, Joe Paterno is the class act of the NCAA.
