06:16 AM ET 10.19 | Where is Steve Swindal now that we want to blame him for the breakup of the Yankees and Joe Torre? Swindal isn't around because of his own breakup with his wife, Jennifer nee Steinbrenner. Calls to known telephone numbers for Swindal did not locate him yesterday. Swindal's divorce from George Steinbrenner's daughter cost him not only his marriage but also his position as managing partner of the Yankees.
